I have been using a large therapy “helmet” style product for 2 years and have seen fantastic results. I wanted to find something that is easy for travel. I bought this Red Light Therapy cap about a week ago and have used it daily since. I hope to get the benefit of red light therapy on my scalp, and hopefully some of it in my brain. So far i think it's goooood !Thank you aagain !!!!
It's my first time using something like this but i like it so far! It definitely fits great and the led is removable so if you want to wear the hat as is, you can! Kind of like a 2 for 1 lol
Hat is comfortable and easy to setup. Here’s to hoping I see the results I want. Look forward to using it with my other hats as it’s transferable. Looks like a normal ball cap.
Hat is a large that will fit any size. Noise level is next to none. Very light weight so there is nothing heavy on your head and the materials seem durable. Excited to track my progress.

My face has never felt this squeaky clean. I sent the ingredients list to my sister who is a nurse at a plastic surgeons office. She has clients she sees for peels, lasers, facials and more. I had to make sure there was nothing harmful in this…. Because something that rolls away dead skin so easily has to be bad, right? Nope! She said they were all mild ingredients and then ordered a bottle herself to try! This stuff is a 10/10.
I'm shook! I was seriously skeptical of this product when I bought it, but after just one use, I'm hooked! For over a decade I've struggled with oily skin and dead skin build-up on much of my body, with the worst area being my chest. It has always made me feel unclean and gross. I would scrub and buy different soaps, but in the end, I would resort to physically scratching it off with my nails in the shower. When I received the black rice peel, I tried it on plastic first to prove it wasn't the product pulling up. When nothing happened, I used it on my face, neck, and finally my chest. The amount of skin pilling up and falling into my sink just from my chest was insane! I jumped in the shower to check with my nails if all the dead skin was gone, and I felt squeaky clean! It did leave me feeling just a little dry despite my usual oily skin, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with sensitive skin—but for me, its a game changer!
I’ve had this cap for 6 months now, and I use it (mostly) every night. While I have used a lot of things to help regrow hair I lost rapidly (thanks pharmaceuticals!), I’ve used the cap most consistently. My hair has come back, and is growing in thicker. Even my hair stylist noticed it, and she had been mentioning my thinning a lot prior.However, this is not the only thing this cap helps with. I use it at night about an hour before bed, and have tracked my sleep data with both the Apple Watch and Oura ring. When I use it, there is a strong increase in my deep sleep. It is enough to notice that I don’t feel as rested on the days I don’t use it, and data shows about a 25% increase in deep sleep when I do. In fact, I would use it for the change in sleep quality alone.
