We want you to feel confident using the KIARA FLOW Laser Cap. Hair growth takes time, consistency, and proper use. That’s why we offer a Six-Month Growth Guarantee for this product.

This guarantee applies only to the KIARA FLOW Laser Cap and is separate from our Standard Refund Policy.

Guarantee Period

The Six-Month Growth Guarantee covers a period of 180 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, the laser cap must be used as directed for the full 180 days.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Six-Month Growth Guarantee, all of the following requirements must be met:

  1. Device Registration
    You must register your laser cap within 45 days of delivery.

  2. Before Photo
    A clear “before” photo must be submitted at the time of registration.

  3. Consistent Use
    The laser cap must be used according to instructions
    (30 minutes every other day) for the full 180 days.

  4. Monthly Progress Photos
    You must submit monthly progress photos throughout the 6-month period.

    Photos should:

    • Show the same areas of the scalp

    • Be taken from similar angles

    • Use similar lighting conditions

Clear, consistent photos help us fairly review your request.

Refund Requests After 180 Days

If you do not see visible improvement after using the laser cap for the full 180 days, you may request a refund.

To request a refund:

  • You must contact us within 30 days after the 180-day period ends

  • Final progress photos must be submitted for review

  • The device must be returned after approval

Service Fee

If complete monthly documentation is provided, your refund will be issued in full.

If documentation is incomplete or missing, you may still request a refund; however, a 25% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

The service fee covers processing, evaluation, and handling costs.

Return After Approval

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The laser cap must be returned within 10 days

  • The device must be returned in reasonable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Important Notes

  • This guarantee does not promise specific results

  • Results vary based on individual factors and consistency of use

  • The Six-Month Growth Guarantee applies only to used laser caps

  • Accessories are not included in the guarantee unless defective

Warranty

The KIARA FLOW Laser Cap includes a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty claims are handled separately and do not affect eligibility for the Six-Month Growth Guarantee.
